Tiene una larga y prestigiosa carrera diplomática como funcionario del servicio exterior Ecuatoriano. en el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores del Ecuador ha sido director de los Departamentos de Desarrollo Fronterizo; de Naciones Unidas; de América; de Cooperación Económica y Técnica; de Promoción de Exportaciones; de Política y Organismos Internacionales; Asesor de Política Migratoria; Subsecretario encargado de Política Económica y de Aspectos Multilaterales; Director de Política Migratoria; Subsecretario del Servicio Exterior.

En el exterior ha desempeñado funciones diplomáticas en las embajadas del Ecuador en Argentina, Perú, Austria, Estados Unidos, República Checa, Polonia. Sus tareas también le han vinculado con el desarrollo de políticas regionales, así como económicas y sociales mundiales, y como delegado a numerosas reuniones y conferencias internacionales.

Ha publicado libros, numerosos trabajos y artículos sobre relaciones internacionales, comercio, integración y otros temas. Ha sido conferencista en varias universidades y centros internacionales en el Ecuador, Argentina, Perú, Estados Unidos, Polonia, Austria. Selma Prodanovic es una emprendedora y filántropa conocida como la "Start-up-Grand-Dame". Su pasión radica conectar y potenciar el espíritu empresarial de millones innovadores de todo el mundo. Selma invierte en el desarrollo del ecosistema emprendedor en Viena y en la región en general, donde ha apoyado a la creación de más de 300 nuevas empresas. Fundó Brainswork, uno de los incubadoras de negocios más influyentes de Europa central y oriental; inició IncrediblEurope 2049 - el primer festival que celebra a los futuros talentos de Europa, además estableció el premio "Brainswork Europe".

Es cofundadora y miembro Asociación de Angeles Inversionistas de Austria y coorganizadora del Congreso Europeo de Empresarios Angeles EBAN 2013.

Selma es una oradora que inspira, es TED talk speaker y sus conferencias sobre creación de redes, creatividad, innovación y emprendimiento son aplaudidas por numerosas universidades y conferencias de toda Europa.

Ella inició y publicó el libro de texto "Brainsbook on Networking" escrito por 40 autores de quince países en 2009. Su libro "Entre el acero y el chocolate - Inspiring Success Stories from Austria" se publicó en 2013.

Por su enfoque innovador y su compromiso con el emprendimiento y el cambio social, Selma recibió el "WOMAN Award" en Austría en 2006, el "MiA 2010" en la categoría Business, el "Premio de reconocimiento del jurado para emprendedores migrantes 2010", y nominado como "Networker of the Year" por las Leading Ladies Austríacas en 2007 y 2010, mientras que su historia de éxito se presentó en el libro "Going Your Own Way" ("Den eigenen Weg gehen"). Es titular del "100 World of Difference Award 2013" otorgado por la Alianza Internacional para las Mujeres en Washington.

Selma cree que marcar una diferencia positiva es un derecho humano fundamental. Ella es la fundadora del Instituto Brainswork, la primera red de desarrollo para adolescentes altamente talentosos en comunidades desfavorecidas, y miembro de la junta en varias organizaciones y compañías.

Nacida en Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Selma vivió en varios países de Europa y el norte de África y tiene su sede en Viena desde 1991.

Julio Alejandro, “Leonardo da Vinci of Fintech” (Cointelegraph 2016), is the current Global Communications for Aeternity Blockchain and CEO and Founder of Jada Consulting "Taming Disruptive Technologies” and Humanitarian Blockchain.

Alejandro, 30 years old, is a frequent university lecturer and has competed, worked, or lobbied in United Nations, European Union, University of Cambridge, Google, MIT, LSE, and more than 40 international universities and institutions on Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and Internet of Things.

Among his work on global financial inclusion he designed "Blockchain in Calais" (Fintech for Refugees) and "Machine Learning for Women" (for MENA women). He’s a Member of the Board to the World Future Foundation, and, of Bitnation.

He is listed as one of the world’s Top 100 Influential Fintech leaders (Onalytica).

Previously, based in Chicago, he served as the former US Foreign Correspondent for La Jornada (Chicago); remains working as the UK National Foreign Correspondent for Excelsior media corporation.

He has been interviewed by the BBC, CNN, and Fox News. He studied in Sciences Po Paris, Itesm, and University of Cambridge, and speaks fluent Spanish and French.
