At The New Global School, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and award-winning international organisation.
We design, promote and organize international events and educational programmes for top organizations and companies, mainly in Europe, but also across some capitals of the world.
This internship will allow you to join efforts in creating educational video content, analysing topics of leadership, geopolitics, sustainable development, business, and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of educational and analytical content on YouTube.
- Help us build a strong and informed community around our brand.
- Assist in managing and growing the YouTube presence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and create special content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices on YouTube.
Requirements
- Passion and curiosity for analysis, critical thinking, and communication.
- Ability to process and filter information.
- Mastery of simple, engaging, and understandable writing.
- Experience with YouTube Creators and YouTube Analytics.
- Desired but not mandatory experience in digital graphic design.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, quality, and rigor of content.
- Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level, capable of conducting research and translations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and SEO is an advantage.

Selection Process:
- Send your CV and Portafolio to: hello@theglobal.school, specify for the position you are applying for.
- Selected candidates will undergo a creation test where they must develop 2 videos on pre-selected topics.
- Each candidate will have access to digital tools for creating their videos, as well as some tips and guidelines.
- After creating and submitting their video, our team will publish it on YouTube to measure results.
- The candidate with the best video results will be selected.
Results are based on the following criteria:
-> Content quality
-> Topic relevance
-> Duration
-> Views, retention, clicks, and desired audience.
