International partnerships
Your operating arm in Europe
You sell educational programs in Europe under your brand and your margin. We absorb 100% of the European complexity: academic design, suppliers, permits, venues and on-the-ground coordination.
A partnership with defined responsibilities
No grey areas. Each side does what it does best.
Product, operations and marketing
- Designs and delivers the packaged educational product.
- Takes on 100% of the operational and logistical load in Europe.
- Provides the commercial strategy and marketing materials.
- Sets B2B costs so you define your own margin.
- Hosts the group in Europe and runs every detail on site.
Conversion, closing and client relationship
- Handles and manages interested clients.
- Leads closing meetings and contract formalization.
- Manages local follow-up and collection.
- Represents local trust with the end client.
- Scales group volume to maximize return.

How it works
We study your audience
We review your client base and channels to define which program fits and in what format.
We set B2B costs
You get our net cost per participant. The public price and your margin are yours to set.
You promote with our backing
You go to market with our brand, the materials and the printable brief for each program.
We operate in Europe
You close the sale and support the client. We host the group and execute.
Who we are looking for
Our ideal partner already has a way to sell: distribution channels, a client base or a community, and wants to add a turnkey product.
- A sales force or proven ability to convene an audience.
- Access to executive, public sector or university markets.
- Wants a product ready to operate, with no logistical strain.
- Evaluates the partnership as an investment, with clear return.
- A long-term commercial outlook, not a one-off operation.
Three ways to use it
University or business school
Adds a Vienna trip to its postgraduate program, charges premium tuition, and we operate at B2B cost.
Agency or corporate operator
Sells a business mission to Berlin for executives and sets its margin over our net costs.
Event organizer
Resells VIP access to international events and earns from tickets and sponsorship.
Who you partner with
Frequently asked questions
Who collects payment from the participant?
The partner. It contracts in its own name, sets the public price, invoices and collects. The New Global School operates the services in Europe and invoices the partner at B2B cost.
Is there territorial exclusivity?
It is agreed case by case, based on the market and the committed volume. It is not automatic: it is earned with proven sales capacity.
How many participants does a group need?
It depends on the program and format. We work with small groups, typically 15 to 25 participants, and the minimum is set when the group order is signed.
Is payment required up front?
Payment is staged by milestones: service blocking, supplier confirmation and settlement before departure. Costs are always covered before the group travels.
Do I need experience in educational travel?
No. You need sales capacity and access to your market. Academic design and the entire European operation are on us.
Which destinations do you operate?
Our base is Vienna, and we run programs across Europe: Berlin, Geneva, Brussels, Paris, Munich, Prague, Rome and Amsterdam, among others.
